
Training and development services:
We offer training services as certified professional trainers in the field of training from the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training. We also have a strategic partnership with several institutes and companies to provide training and development services for employees in all specializations (administrative, leadership, technical, technological, and vocational) and all job roles according to the needs of companies.
We also study and participate in setting the main objectives, plans, and programs related to employee development and training, and organize training and development activities and all related tasks to ensure the professionalism of employees and their performance of their job duties in order to develop employee capabilities. Furthermore, we organize workshops and courses at workplaces or in hotels and outside workplaces, both domestically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally, providing training materials and professional trainers.
Key Tasks of Training and Development Services: Developing and implementing plans, programs, and projects related to employee training and development; ensuring the measurement of employee performance and skills; and developing training and development plans to achieve these plans and objectives. Supervising the implementation of the performance management system for all stages of training and development; directing and managing the process of identifying the training needs of
1 the organization’s employees; preparing annual training plans; and ensuring the effective determination of appropriate training and learning methods and guaranteeing their effectiveness in coordination with the heads of organizational units.
